Qualimetric Ltd is a private limited company offering training, audit and training services in the field of quality management to a wide variety of businesses.    We are committed to assuring our prospective and existing customers confidence in maintaining confidentiality and security of any information provided to us and to comply with the GDPR legislation. As a result of our business activities, we hold a minimal amount of personal data for the purpose only of staying in touch with our existing and prospective clients and hold any associated information securely and in confidence.

We maintain a database of client and prospect contacts which solely contains contact information from businesses that have either expressed an interest in the services that we have offered in the past or contacts added from the public domain and freely available to all.  We do not store information relating to individuals without their expressed consent.

The legal basis for collecting and using data is in pursuance of performance of a contract.

The information that we store comprises:

  • Contact name, business address and telephone number
  • Company Email addresses
  • Company name, address and telephone number
  • Type of business
  • Status of contact (prospect, client, unsubscribe)

Our contact database is stored ‘in house’ securely with measures to prevent unauthorised access and no third parties are involved in capture, processing or storage of data.  Regarding the right of access, rectification and erasure of any data held applicable to your company – we do not further process or profile the information.  If you wish to view/rectify or erase data held which identifies you on our system, please email your request to [email protected].

We intend to maintain the above information indefinitely such that we can make sure that we contact only those who are legitimate contacts and respect the rights of those who do not wish to receive information.
